Prehab for Runners
At SportsRehab, we have a Prehab Runner Program designed to help any runner improve and stay healthy. The Prehab program consists of an initial 1 hour assessment where we will review your running history and any related health history, go over your goals and injury concerns/history, perform a detailed biomechanical analysis standing, sitting, and lying down, and perform running gait analysis on a treadmill or sidewalk. We will explain the results of these tests and put together your very own personalized Prehab Plan that will include exercises, routines, and things to change, all of which you can do in the comfort of your home. We’ll also discuss timelines and set up follow-up appointments.
Prehab Package: $500
- Package includes initial evaluation, gait analysis, muscle imbalance analysis, education, home exercise/home gym program, and 5 follow up appointments
Pay as You Go Cash Rates:
- Initial Evaluation: $130
- Follow Up Visits: $85
- Re-evaluation: $110
Rehab for Runners
This program is designed for injured runners. Choose to go through insurance (if accepted by SportRehab) or pay cash. The rehab program consists of an initial 1 hour assessment where Kat or Julie will discuss your running history and any related health history, discuss your goals and injury or injury concerns; perform a detailed biomechanical analysis in standing, sitting, and lying down; and perform running gait analysis on a treadmill or sidewalk. They will then discuss the results of these tests, explain your injury, and create your treatment plan. Your individualized plan will consist of exercises, modalities, and routine modifications to be performed at home, with complimentary modalities and manual work at the clinic. They will also explain your recovery timeline and schedule follow up appointments.

Kat’s love of running inspired her to become a Physical Therapist and specialize in outpatient orthopedics with emphasis on running injury, rehab, and prevention; running gait analysis; muscle imbalance; and SIJ Problems. It has also prompted her to expand her knowledge of total body strengthening through a variety of exercises including pilates. She has advanced training in ankle and foot pathology and runner’s rehabilitation programs.
